What Caused Francisco Stanley Solis’ Father’s Death?

Paco Stanley had just left the studio to eat at a famous restaurant, El Charco de las Ranas in Mexico City. Jorge Gil and Mario Bezares accompanied him. On finishing their meal, Paco Stanley and Jorge Gil went outside and sat in the car with their driver waiting for Mario, who was using the restroom.

Suddenly, three people walked toward Paco’s car and started shooting; three shots hit Francisco Solis’s father with three of them, hitting him in the head, and he died on the spot. Jorge Gil suffered wounds, as well as the bystanders. Paco’s driver also died. When Mario heard the gunshots, he tried to run to the car but blocked him as they thought the shooters were also after him.
