Kellie Franciscus was born on December 4, 1963, to actor James Franciscus and his first wife, Kathleen Wellman. She has one older sister and two younger sisters, Jamie, Korie Allen, and Jolie Franciscus.

Kellie Franciscus has stayed away from the limelight, and little about her personal life is known.
