Darryl Lynn Hughley, popularly known as DL Hughley, is a famous American actor, stand-up comedian, radio host, author, and political commentator. Born on March 6, 1963, in Los Angeles, California, he is currently 57 years old. He grew up in South Central L.A. as the second of four children of Charles and Audrey Hughley. DL had a troubled childhood, as he was involved with a street gang during his teenage years, which led to his expulsion from San Pedro High School. However, he turned his life around after his cousin was shot and quit the gang to earn his GED and start working as a telemarketer for the Los Angeles Times, where he met his wife LaDonna.
