Brooklyn Leigh Vernon’s Bio, Parents, and Sibling

Brooklyn-Leigh-Vernon

Brooklyn Leigh Vernon is the daughter of American singer and songwriter Gary LeVox. She was born on March 21, 2004, to the singer and her mother, Tara LeVox. Brooklyn is the youngest in her family; her older sister Brittany Kay Vernon was born in 2000.

Brooklyn and her sister take after her father; both are trying to find their way in the music industry. However, her older sister has already kick-started her music career; in 2021, Brittany and her dad produced the song While I Wait featured in Gary’s Gospel EP. The song received positive comments, with some praising Brittany’s beautiful voice.

Education and Career

Even though Brooklyn Leigh’s father likes posting his daughter on his Instagram page, he has not revealed which school she attends. But she is probably done with high school and has already joined college.

Like her father and sister, Brooklyn Leigh Vernon has a passion for music and wants to further her interest in a career. Her father and older sister have great voices, and she probably got that too.

How Brooklyn Leigh’s Parents Met

Brooklyn Leigh Vernon’s parents met in Decatur, Alabama; when Gary was a backup singer for a gospel artist, he first laid eyes on her backstage. While in an interview, Brooklyn’s father said he knew he was looking at his future wife when he set his sights on Tara.

The couple tied the knot in May 1999 and have been happily married ever since; on May 15, 2018, the couple celebrated 19 years in marriage; Gary posted a picture of him and his wife, noting how much he loves Tara and that she is a gift to him.

Her Father’s Music Career

Gary LeVox was a music lover from a young age; he sang at his church. After completing his high school and college education, Brooklyn’s father moved to Nashville, where he joined Chely Wright’s band with his cousin Jay DeMarcus. A few days later, Rascal Flatts was formed, and Gary performed as the band’s lead vocalist.

Gary LeVox’s band did well for the over 20 years its members were together. Their songs did well, with some of them making it to the Billboard Charts for Hot Country Songs. Songs released by Rascal Flatts include Feels Like Today, Me and My Gang, Melt, Unstoppable, and Still Feels Good.

Despite the band’s success for over 20 years, they disbanded in 2020, with each member taking their path.

Life After Rascal Flatts

After Rascal Flatts disbanded, Brooklyn Leigh’s father took a break from singing, but in 2021 he returned to the entertainment industry with his gospel EP. One of the albums features a song he has sung with his daughter Brittany; we might see a collaboration of the three, Gary, Brittany, and Brooklyn Vernon, in the future.

Social Media

Brooklyn is not active on social media, but given that she is already done with high school, she might try it and market her music on social media. However, her father is on social media platforms and likes to post about her on her birthday and National Daughters Day.
